Kausani, the name sounds mighty familiar. I have visited the place probably 20 years ago. Since I don't remember much about the place it just means the food wasi not great.

I remember every noteworthy meal I have ever eaten including the super spicy aloo Parathas in ranikhet in 1983 84 – to the pyaaz overloaded dal makhni in Jaiselmer in Dec 1987.
